Dissolving card

Not altered art, but a template for a kinetic card. Print out the template and stick it to the back of the the pictures you want to "dissolve". Fold and stick the pull tab on the moving picture. Thread the slats of the stationary picture through the moving picture and arrange until you can see all the still picture and none of the moving picture. Stick the still picture to a backing card be careful to keep the glue or tape away from the workings - put it around the edges!) When you pull the tab, the moving picture slides out over the stationary picture, "dissolving" into it. Put a frame over it all to make it look pretty!
Update - I've uploaded a YouTube Tutorial - find it here

The instructions are confusing. And the outube video doesnt match with the pattern and instructions. Can you please show a few pictures of intermediatary steps or upload a video of how you do it. Thanks a lot.

This pic was posted a long time ago, long before the slideshow on Youtube, which is based on the template from the Robo/Cameo cutting files page. This is one of those things that's easier to do than describe - sorry if you foound it confusing. If I get time I'll try and post some in-between pictures for you. Keren
