The Artful Times Challenge Blog challenge for this period is to create an ATC about "Time", so here's my contribution -
I used Viva Ferro in shades of graphite, gold, green gold and golden orange for the background, applying it with a spatula and making sure I had a good generous layer on the card. I then inked up my stamp (a background of clock faces, from Hero Arts - you can just about see one of the clocks in the bottome left corner) using gold Brilliance ink and and stamped into the wet Ferro (and immediately dropping the stamp into a bowl of wated to prevent the paint drying on it). I pressed the clock face charms into the paint and left it all to dry.
Once it was dry, I went over the places I wanted to highlight with rub-on wax in gold. And that was pretty much it - as I said, ATC's are quick and easy. Hope you enjoyed looking at this one!

Oh what a gorgeous background you have created Keren! I keep hearing about this Ferro, must get some now...the clocks placed into the medium look amazing too. Anne x
How dramatic is this! Hadn't thought of using Brilliance to stamp into it. Must try that as it looks so good. Thanks for the inspiration. Hugs, Jenny x
Wow that background is something else it looks fantastic and the clocks sunk in to it adds drama.

Great background, I love Viva, and their Terra is brilliant to stamp into, I haven't tried to stamp into Ferro, will have a go.
Awesome background, its a great ATC, will have to try this sometime.

I too can see you had fun with this, it oozes 'joy' as you look at it. Great finish, love those Viva paints (have you seen my latest blog entry with Viva products?) in act all of their products are wonderful.
Thanks for joining us at Artful Times, Hugs, Neet xx
I love this background. It's one of those things that you want to pick up and touch! Gorgeously metallic. The little watch faces look fab too.

Wow! I'm not sure what the Ferro stuff is (paint?) but I still have quite some metallic acryllic paints. They don't have the glitter that appears on this tag, but I hope it works out great as well. This really cought my eye from the "suggestions" beneath another post. I agree with the previous poster: you want to pick it up and touch it. (Like a little girl seeing all shiny pretties around her).
greetings,
Debbie / Daqa
