Tickled Pink at Ikesworld

Oops, I almost forgot to blog my DT piece for the Ikesworld Challenge blog!  I am a bit computer-challenged at the moment, being in the process of moving in to a new machine, and between that and the public holiday on Easter Monday, plus a week off work (which I spent sewing, believe it or not!) I've sort of lost track of things.  I also had a senior moment where I thought I was deleting pictures from my phone, but it turned out they were from my blog...so if you've visited older posts and are wondering where the pictures have gone, it's all my fault...

Anyway, one I didn't delete was this week's project.  I've used Mother & Baby to make a clean and simple card.  No grunge, no inky bits, and  - it's PINK.  I don't do pink as a rule, having been forced to wear it as a child.  (My sister got outfilts to match mine, but in blue. We've both been scarred for life by the experience.   Fortunately, I have two sons- I don't know how I'd have reacted to a request for a Barbie castle!).  I've used this image a few times because I really, really love it;  I think this would be a good card for a new baby girl.

Anyway. I'm still moving into my new computer and learning a new operating system (from Windows to Mac OS) so it mat be a bit interesting for a while.  Bear with me, won't you?

Crafty hugs,

Keren

That really is one lovely card and superb colouring :-) It does make me laugh that half my DT can't stand pink :-D LoL
Such a shame about deleting all those pics :-( I hope you can get to learn about your new Compy easily ... I have never tried Mac OS. !!
